Each disease does not require a different diet. What works for heart disease will also work for diabetes, cancer, etc. Changing the diet can be a very powerful way to achieve wellness and prevent disease.
The IDEAL diet for wellness and disease prevention:
- Organic as much as possible
- Completely avoid genetically modified foods (GMO) Sugar Free (including minimizing sweet fruits)
- Dairy Free
- Soy Free
- Gluten Free
